Jide Chinsman

Jide Chinsman is a seasoned professional in the fields of privacy, compliance, artificial intelligence, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Partner and Practice Leader at ECB STAR Group since June 2025, Jide has a strong background in executive search and talent advisory across various industries. Previously, Jide was a Senior Director at Taylor Root, specializing in data protection and compliance from June 2021 to June 2025, after holding the position of Director in the same domain. Jide’s earlier experience includes a managerial role at IAC, focusing on data protection and internal audit, and positions with Hybridge Governance Recruitment, Robert Half, and Randstad UK, emphasizing internal audit, risk management, and compliance. Jide holds a 2:1 degree in Law from the University of Staffordshire and a BA in Management Studies from Nottingham University Business School.
