Francis McNamara III

Francis McNamara currently serves as the Director of Operations at ECC Technologies, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Francis held the position of Sr. Operations Leader at Comcast from 2002 to 2023, where significant contributions included developing competitive processes and procedures, achieving top performance rankings, and being recognized with the Dan Aaron Circle of Success Award in the Leadership Category. Francis also completed the Director Leadership Program in September 2016 and managed the yearly operations budget. Earlier roles include serving as Director of Program Management at AT&T from January 2000 to January 2002, where responsibilities included establishing cross-functional processes and standardizing operating models. Francis began a career at Comcast in March 1993 as Manager of Broadband Services. Educationally, Francis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Phoenix and is pursuing continued education in Business Administration and Management at the University of Michigan.
