Cenk Olcay Seran CCM, MBA, currently serves as the Director of International Development at ECC, providing tactical and strategic leadership for project and construction managers while developing new business strategies in the EPC and EPCF markets. Previously, Cenk held the role of Vice President of Projects at DAMAC Properties, where Cenk set the vision and strategic direction for the project portfolio, overseeing all phases from concept development to construction management. A former Regional Director and Vice President at TEPE INSAAT SANAYI A.S., Cenk managed significant projects, including the construction of a $235 million addition to the US Embassy in Kabul. Cenk's extensive experience also includes roles as Senior Project Manager at ARCADIS and Project Manager at Southwest Engineering, complemented by advanced degrees in Construction Management and Executive MBA from UCLA and Bilkent University, as well as a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Hacettepe University.
