Doug McClure

Doug McClure is an experienced professional in environmental engineering and program management, currently serving as Program Director and Federal Programs Manager at ECC since February 2011. Prior positions include Director of the Northeast Region at BEM Systems, Inc., Vice President at The Chazen Companies, and Manager of Engineering Services at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. McClure began his career as an Engineer at Ebasco Environmental and an Environmental Engineer at Michael Baker Jr. Doug McClure holds a Master of Science in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Wilkes University, and an MBA in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
