John Fern

John Fern is an experienced Program Director at ECC since June 2006, overseeing the company's Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR) with a focus on design-build and classified construction, environmental assessment and cleanup, munitions response, and disaster response solutions for U.S. government clients. Prior to this role, John served as Senior Program Manager at ECC and held positions at AECOM as Deputy Program Manager and Technical Director, as well as at AMEC as Project Manager/Program Technical Specialist. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree coursework in Hydrogeology and Environmental Studies from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Denison University, complemented by a Geology Field Camp at Albion College and a high school diploma with a focus on geology at University Liggett School.
