Rachel Urban

Rachel Urban is an experienced environmental engineer currently serving as an Associate Environmental Engineer at ECC since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Bluestone Environmental Group, Inc. from January 2019 to August 2021 as an Environmental Database Engineer and Junior Engineer, following the acquisition of Avatar Environmental, where Rachel started as a Junior Engineer in November 2017. Experience also includes managing administrative tasks at MRB Accounting Services and Mountain Massage, and conducting research as a Graduate Research Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Penn State University. Rachel holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
