Alex Stein

CEO & Founder at Eccentex Corporation

Born in 1967, Alex Stein is a business consultant with a background in document management and business process management. Alex is currently the CEO and founder of Eccentex Corporation.

Stein's career began in 1990 as a consultant with Wang Labs. Alex then went on to found their own company, Datamax Technologies, in 1992. As one of the early pioneers in business process management, Datamax quickly grew under Stein's leadership and was acquired in 2000.

In February 2000, Stein founded Exigen Group, a software company specializing in solutions for the government sector. After eight years of success, Exigen was acquired in 2008.

In their current role as CEO and founder of Eccentex Corporation, Stein oversees strategy, definition, execution, and go-to-market strategy for Eccentex products. Under their leadership, Eccentex has become a leading provider of cloud-based business process management solutions.

Alex Stein is a computer scientist and business executive who earned their Master of Business Administration from Boston College. Alex is currently a Senior Vice President at Northeastern University.
