Shelly Spata

Shelly Spata is an accomplished financial professional with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as President at Demco, Inc. since January 2022, Spata also holds the position of Director at American Community Bank & Trust and has been a Board Member and Treasurer of The Community Foundation for McHenry County since October 2017. Additionally, Spata has contributed as Treasurer for the Village of Ringwood, IL, since April 2001, and has been a CPA/Partner at Eccezion (formerly Eder Casella) since February 1998.
