Gerrit de Jong is an experienced insurance professional with a diverse background in brokerage and property insurance. Currently serving as a Senior Broker in Special Lines at Ecclesia since July 2022, Gerrit previously worked at VLC & Partners from April 2019 to July 2022 as a Broker specializing in Brand, CAR, and Cyber insurance. Gerrit’s extensive experience includes a long tenure at Van Lanschot Chabot from November 2004 to July 2022 as a Senior Broker and Specialist in Property and Engineering, as well as specializing in Property Insurance at CenE Verzekeringen BV from May 1980 to October 2004. Gerrit holds educational credentials from NIBE/SVV and OSG Hendrik van der Vlist.
