Laura Carter

Laura Carter has a robust background in insurance and customer proposition development, currently serving as Head of Customer Proposition at Ecclesiastical Insurance UK since October 2017, while also holding the position of Product & Proposition Development Manager with the Benefact Group since March 2022. Previously, Laura worked as Propositions Manager at Huntswood, where focus was placed on governance, risk, and compliance. Laura's extensive experience also includes a decade at Zurich Insurance plc, progressing from Account Executive to SME Business Partner and ultimately leading the Product & Proposition Management team. Laura holds a BA Honours degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London.
