Steven Wiltshire

Steven Wiltshire has extensive experience in the insurance technology sector, currently serving as the Director of General Insurance Platforms at Ecclesiastical Insurance UK since January 2002. In this role, Steven supports and develops general insurance platforms to drive business growth for charitable causes. Previous positions include Head of Architecture & Development, where Steven managed a team of 25 and oversaw insurance product solutions. With a strong focus on technical architecture, deployment strategies, and transformation projects, Steven has successfully delivered numerous initiatives, including replacing legacy systems and implementing automation for improved efficiency. Earlier experience includes roles in IT support, network management, and a tenure at Ansvar Insurance as an Interim IT Manager.
