ECCO Global Communications Network was formed in 1989 and is made up of world class agencies from 40 countries around the world.

ECCO combines the energy, creativity and commitment of award-winning, owner-managed communication agencies with the discipline and professionalism of multinationals to deliver smart, cost effective international public relations programs.

ECCO is a unique model. It is more than just a network, it is a limited company owned by member consultancies whose clients have a requirement to achieve cost effective, joined up communications programmes in multiple geographies.

ECCO International Communications is a living network of successful, owner-managed businesses with common quality standards and a clearly defined code of conduct.

This gives ECCO the flexibility to act as locally as you wish and as globally as your business demands. There is no HQ in a faraway country – your ECCO hub agency is exactly where you need it to be and each of the agencies involved knows its own market like the back of its hand.

ECCO believes in:
- Providing best-practice public relations consultancy to international clients at unbeatable value for money
- An effective but low cost infrastructure to ensure that the majority of budgets are spent on the time of experienced professionals getting results
- Sharing best practice throughout the network and learning from experience
- Transparent accounting
- Long term, open and honest partnerships with clients
- Flexibility in keeping with the client’s own organisation, requirements and life stage
- Common and consistent global messaging and brand values delivered in a manner that reflects major differences between geographies, cultures and audiences
