Bella Weng

Bella Weng is an accomplished merchandising professional with extensive experience in various roles within notable companies. Currently serving as Merchandising Planning Manager and previously as Merchandising Allocation Manager at ECCO Shoes since December 2019, Bella has developed a strong expertise in strategic planning and allocation. Prior to this, Bella was an Assistant Manager of Allocation at Nike from March 2017 to December 2019 and held the position of Merchandising Allocation Manager at Etam China from July 2012 to March 2017. Bella's career began as a Merchandising Supervisor at 马克华菲（上海）商业有限公司 from March 2010 to March 2012, followed by a role as a Merchandiser at DISSONA from July 2007 to March 2010. Bella earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Enterprise Management from Zhejiang University of Technology in 2007.
