Berit Ley

Berit Ley has over three decades of extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Coordinator at ECCO since June 2016, Berit oversees the coordination and administration of the HQ educational budget, training activities, employee initiatives, and internship programs, while supporting the HR team and managing the HR Portal and Employee Handbook. Prior to this role, Berit worked at Maersk Container Industry for 25 years, holding positions including HR Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing, budget preparation, and handling employee benefits, as well as various accounting roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in both HR and finance.
