Celeste Chin

Celeste Chin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior People & Culture Manager at ECCO since June 2021, overseeing HR strategy and operations for the APAC region, including talent management, employee engagement, and compensation. Prior to ECCO, Celeste held the role of HR Manager at Asia Genomics Pte Ltd, managing a full spectrum of HR responsibilities, and served as HR Manager at Four Seasons Catering Pte Ltd. Earlier career experiences include working as an International Flight Attendant at Singapore Airlines and an HR Officer at Kennametal, where Celeste handled HR functions for multiple regional offices. Celeste's career began as a Senior Executive Assistant at A*STAR and as a Recruitment Consultant at Fesco Asia Pte Ltd. Celeste holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on HR Management from RMIT University and a Diploma in IT specializing in E-Commerce from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
