Gary Smale

Gary Smale is the President Director of ECCO in Indonesia, overseeing the largest Strategic Business Unit, which accounts for 40% of the company's total worldwide production and employs approximately 7,500 individuals. Previously, Gary held various roles, including Production Director and Deputy Managing Director at ECCO Sko A/S from 2004 to 2007 and served on the Board of Directors at ECCO Shoes in 2014. Currently, Gary is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at INSEAD.
