Ilya Paraga has extensive experience in human resources and e-learning, currently serving as the Head of HR Tech and Head of e-Learning at ECCO since April 2017. Prior to this role, Ilya worked as a Specialist in Distance Learning at Аптечная сеть "Мелодия Здоровья" from November 2014 to December 2016. Ilya holds an advanced degree in Psychiatry from Omsk State Medical Academy, completed in July 2004.
