Lucas Leite

Lucas Leite is a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining machine learning models, data transformation pipelines, and deploying solutions using AWS. Currently at ECCO Shoes since April 2022, Lucas focuses on demand forecasting and price elasticity. Prior roles include a position at C&A Brasil and several academic and engineering roles, including Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Data Structures at Unifametro and Data Engineer at Instituto Atlântico, where data engineering pipelines were built in AWS. Lucas also held a Data Scientist role at LSBD - UFC, leading a research team focused on machine learning techniques for failure prediction in hard drives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Ceara.
