Michael Nørgaard

Michael Nørgaard is a Change Management Lead for the SAP S/4HANA program at ECCO Danfoss A/S, where they drive change management, training, and communication activities. Previously, they held various leadership roles in training and education at Danfoss and The Coca-Cola Company, where they developed and deployed training programs on a global scale.
