Peter Yonatan

Peter Yonatan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at PT ECCO Indonesia, where since February 2013, responsibilities have included serving as People (HR) Operation Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition and Development. In these roles, Peter has focused on aligning business direction with talent management, overseeing performance management processes, managing local talent and trainee programs, and budgeting for people development initiatives. Previously, Peter was Head of HR Development, emphasizing the timely provision of skilled personnel, and also held the position of Senior Coordinator Performance Management and Development Program, ensuring effective execution of performance management frameworks. Prior experience includes a role as Training Specialist at Wings Group Surabaya, where project management and employee training were key responsibilities. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya.
