Romain Chivot

Romain Chivot has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting with various companies. Romain started their career as a Department Manager at KIABI in 2007. Romain then moved on to work as a Business Analyst at Theradiag where they implemented monthly reporting and performed results analysis. Romain then joined Global Closure Systems as a Global Finance Controller Assistant, where they implemented strategic analysis tools and IT systems for financial tasks. Romain later worked as a Senior Financial Auditor at KPMG Luxembourg, performing audit engagements for banks and corporate clients. Romain also gained experience as the Central Controller Europe at IPC Systems, Inc., where they prepared group financial statements and improved monthly closing and reporting processes. Romain then transitioned to financial roles at RPC Group Limited and Electrolux, where they managed the finance teams and conducted analysis and reporting for multiple factories. Most recently, Romain worked as the Regional Finance Director Asia Pacific at Precision Valve Corporation, overseeing the finance and IT functions for the region and setting up the regional finance organization. Currently, they are the Finance Director at ECCO Shoes.

Romain Chivot's education history is as follows:

- From 2011 to 2012, Romain attended SKEMA Business School in Paris, France, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Auditing, Management Accounting (FP&A), and Information Systems.

- In 2022, Romain enrolled in the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances (IMAA) to pursue a degree in International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert (IM&A) with a focus on International Finance. Romain'sstudies are expected to be completed in 2023.

- In 2020, Romain obtained a certification in Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI).
