Wesley Hind has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Operations for ECCO Europe since August 2008. In this role, Wesley oversees a complex regional supply chain network, focusing on Sales & Operations Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, E-Commerce Supply Chain, and Operational Excellence, while leading a team to drive performance and enhance customer satisfaction across Europe. Previous roles include Supply Chain Director and Head of Commercial for Asia Pacific, where responsibilities encompassed S&OP, analytics, and logistics network development. Wesley’s career began at PureGym as an Assistant Manager, showcasing a diverse background in both business administration and specialized technical training from various institutions.
