Jomer Mercado

Jomer Mercado is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system analysis, programming, and database administration, currently working at ECE Consulting Group since April 2014. Previous roles include software engineer and IT instructor at City College of San Fernando Pampanga from June 2011 to April 2014, as well as web developer/programmer at Escentrics IT Solutions for a brief period in 2010. Jomer holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Bulacan State University (2017-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from STI College San Fernando (2007-2011).
