Previously, Saritha spent over 20 years at RM Education Solutions India Pvt Ltd, where Saritha held various leadership positions including Associate Director of Business Transformation Programme and Head of RM Ed Digital Platforms Development & Operations. Saritha also has experience working as a Project Manager, Project Lead, Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer in different roles and projects. Saritha began their career as a Software Engineer at Swami Cyber Solutions after completing their M Sc in Computer Science from the University of Kerala.
