Pablo Parets has a diverse work experience spanning throughout different companies and roles. PABLO is currently working as the VP HR Group for Groupe ECF, a leading retailer and non-food specialist serving various industries in multiple geographies. Prior to this, Pablo served as the C.H.R.O. Chief Human Resources Officer - VP HR for G.P.E. (Sergent Major, DPAM, Natalys), where they supported the transformation of the company and its growth. PABLO also held the position of Head of HR for Toys'R'Us France, where they managed a team of 13 people and played a crucial role in various corporate projects and organizational changes. Pablo has also worked as a Compensation & Benefits Manager for Toys'R'Us and as the HR Shared Services Center Director for BRICO DEPOT. Additionally, they have experience as a Human Resources Manager at BOUCHARA and as an HR & HRIS Consultant at GFI Informatique.

Pablo Parets completed their Master Degree in Human Resources from CIFFOP in the year 2000. PABLO studied in the field of Ressources Humaines.
