Andrew Bachrodt

Andrew Bachrodt has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and management consulting industry. Andrew started their career at SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital in 1990 as the Vice President of Business Development. From there, they moved to Rockford Health System in 1992, where they served as the Vice President of Planning & Marketing. In 1996, they joined Kurt Salmon as a Management Consultant and later became a Partner in 2003. In 2011, they took on the role of Managing Partner, Health Care at Kurt Salmon. Currently, they are Partner at ECG Management Consultants, a position they have held since 2016.
