Aurora Young

Aurora Young has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aurora is currently working as a Partner and Principal at ECG Management Consultants since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of National Managing Director & Service Line Leader, Physician & APP Services at Gallagher from January 2020 to April 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Managing Director at Integrated Healthcare Strategies. Before that, they held various roles at the same company, including Principal and Vice President in the Physician Services division. Aurora also has experience in board leadership, having served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Minnetonka-Hopkins Gymnastics Association from June 2015 to October 2022 and as Vice Chair & Treasurer of the Board of Directors at Gardening Matters from September 2013 to September 2015.

Aurora Young obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1999. Later on, from 2008 to 2015, they pursued an MBA degree with a concentration in Consulting at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
