Tony Kouba

Tony Kouba has held various roles throughout their work experience. Tony currently works as a Partner at ECG Management Consultants since November 2020. Prior to that, they spent nine years as a Managing Director at Gallagher from July 2011 until October 2020. Before Gallagher, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Health Care Futures from March 2008 to June 2011. Tony also held the position of Revenue Auditor at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota from March 2007 to March 2008. Additionally, they worked as a Health Science Specialist/Clinical Research Administrator at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from June 2006 to March 2007. Their career started as an Administrative Fellow at Fairview Health Services from October 2004 to May 2006.

Tony Kouba has a solid educational background in healthcare administration and research. Tony began their academic journey at Gustavus Adolphus College, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Biology in 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree at the University of Minnesota from 2004 to 2006, specializing in Health Services Research, Policy, and Administration. Tony's educational pursuits culminated in 2008 when they completed their Master of Healthcare Administration degree at the same university.
