Raymond Scott, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Sales North America at Echandia, focusing on the sales of Echandia LTO batteries and customer engagement to promote sustainability. Prior experience includes serving as Marine Services Director, Marine Operations and Maintenance Manager, and Marine Engineer at Kitsap Transit from August 2017 to August 2025. Additionally, Raymond held the position of Chief Engineer at Olympic Tug and Barge between April 2013 and August 2017, and worked as an Assistant Engineer at Clipper Seafood and Cape Greig. From June 2002 to August 2012, Raymond was a Zone Manager at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, alongside an Associate of Technical Arts in Marine Electrician from Olympic College.
