Ciara Dooley

Ciara Dooley is the Deputy General Counsel at Echelon Data Centres, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served in various roles at Arthur Cox, culminating as Of Counsel in the Infrastructure, Construction, and Utilities Group from 2018 to 2025. They began their legal career as a Trainee at Eversheds Sutherland Ireland from 2014 to 2017 before progressing to Solicitor. Ciara holds a First Class LLB from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Corporate Law Degree from the same institution, complemented by a Professional Practice Course from the Law Society of Ireland.
