Lenora Shipka Caib

Lenora Shipka CAIB has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the AVP of National Business Development at Echelon Insurance since August 2015. Lenora has held various leadership roles at Echelon, including Director for the Western Region and Branch Manager. Prior to Echelon, Lenora worked as a Commercial Account Executive at Leibel Insurance Group and as the Commercial Department Manager at Klondike Insurance, leading a team of commercial producers. Additional experience includes positions as Vice President of the Northern Region at AWIN and Commercial CSR at Sheppard Insurance Service Inc., with earlier roles in personal lines management and underwriting. Lenora holds a CAIB designation from the Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta and studied at NAIT.
