Bharat Doke

Bharat Doke started their career as a Senior Engineer at Bharat Gears Ltd in 1992 and worked there until 1995. Bharat then joined Mahindra & Mahindra in 2010 as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering. Currently, Bharat holds the role of Vice President of Operations at Echjay Industries, starting from October 2021.

Bharat Doke obtained a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they completed an MBA in Quality from the National Institute of Management between 2007 and 2009. Bharat also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering, completed in 2006.
