Tanya Ortiz

Tanya Ortiz currently serves as the Director of Central Connections & Groups at Echo.Church since January 2024. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Google from May 2010 to January 2023, where Tanya held various management roles within training, development, and recruiting, overseeing the onboarding and professional growth of over 1,000 early career Software Engineers and enhancing recruitment processes. Prior positions also include marketing and recruiting coordination roles at prestigious firms such as Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., and Morrison & Foerster, along with program coordination at Santa Clara University School of Law and Stanford University. Tanya is an alumna of Bethany College, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business.
