Benjamin Bednarczyk

Benjamin Bednarczyk serves as a Sales Trainer at Echo Global Logistics since August 2022, where responsibilities include creating training materials, monitoring trainee performance, and providing coaching. Previously, as a Client Sales Executive, Benjamin managed over 15 accounts and identified potential sales opportunities while collaborating with internal teams. Earlier roles include Groundskeeper at Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex, Line Cook at Fiesta’s Mexican Grill, Laborer at Design-A-Deck Inc., Public Works Specialist with the Village of Tinley Park, and Assistant Volleyball Coach at Performance Point Volleyball. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Kinesiology from Purdue University, completed in May 2022.
