Rich Toulouse

Rich Toulouse is a seasoned Web Developer currently serving as the technical lead at ECHO, tasked with transforming a legacy client-server application into a modern web application using C# and Blazor since June 2023. Previously, Rich Toulouse worked at Hyland for nearly 15 years, holding various roles including Architect for the Identity and Access Management team, where feature requirements for a cloud-based IAM solution were gathered, and for the ShareBase team, focusing on requirements analysis and integration with OnBase. Rich Toulouse also led mobile development efforts for iOS and Android applications and contributed to the development of Hyland's original iOS apps. Prior experience includes software development roles at Attachmate and Zoot Enterprises, as well as a teaching position in Japan as part of the JET Programme. Rich Toulouse earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Montana State University-Bozeman.
