Ray Shepherd has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Ray currently holds the position of Director of Customer Support at Echo Healthcare, a role they began in June 2022. Before that, Ray worked at Sonendo® Inc. from 2018 to 2022, where they held multiple roles. Ray started as a Customer Service Team Lead in April 2018 and later transitioned to the position of Field Services Engineer in March 2018.
