Ray Shepherd

Ray Shepherd has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Ray currently holds the position of Director of Customer Support at Echo Healthcare, a role they began in June 2022. Before that, Ray worked at Sonendo® Inc. from 2018 to 2022, where they held multiple roles. Ray started as a Customer Service Team Lead in April 2018 and later transitioned to the position of Field Services Engineer in March 2018.

Ray Shepherd earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electronics/Robotics from Fortis College in Ohio, Dayton.
