Shiva Kaya

Shiva Kaya has accumulated diverse experience in the entertainment and research fields. Currently serving as an Assistant to the Talent Manager at Echo Lake Entertainment since May 2022, Shiva has also held roles as a Floater and Summer Intern within the same organization. Previous internships include a Research Intern position at the Center for Scholars & Storytellers, an Intern at Jellywolf under Alma Har’el, and another Intern role at MEDYAPIM. Shiva began their professional journey as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UCLA's Marriage Lab and also interned at Habitat Derneği. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, with a background from İstanbul Özel Saint-Joseph Fransız Lisesi and participation in a summer program at Georgetown University.
