Ajay Solanki

Ajay Solanki is a seasoned professional in quality assurance with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager at Echo Lake Foods, Inc. since May 2018, Solanki previously held the position of Assistant Quality Manager, PCQI, FSQA, and SQF Practitioner at Echo Lake Foods from June 2011 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Officer at Amul Dairy for a brief period in 2007. Ajay Solanki holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earned between 2008 and 2011, and a Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science & Technology from SMC College of Dairy Science, completed in 2007.
