Hayley Monks

Hayley Monks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the utilities sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Echo Managed Services since December 2024, Monks also co-founded and holds a board position at the Women's Utilities Network since January 2018, promoting the interests of women in the industry. Prior to this, Monks was the Senior Vice President of Utilities at WNS Global Services from March 2023 to December 2024 and held the role of Managing Director, Utilities at Gobeyond Partners from November 2021 to March 2023. Additionally, Monks is the Founder and Owner of Think Inspire and Create Limited, a position held since September 2015. Monks is an alumnus of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
