With a focus on troubleshooting and support for both Mac and Windows environments, responsibilities have included providing desktop support for a large number of users, developing computer imaging processes, and overseeing technical training initiatives. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2001 and 2008.
