Rob Gitin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and philanthropic consulting. Currently serving as Co-Chair at Bay Area Funders Together To End Homelessness since May 2025, Rob has been actively consulting for various organizations and individuals since March 2019, focusing on initiatives aimed at alleviating homelessness in San Francisco. A proud Fellow of Echoing Green since 1997, Rob co-founded At The Crossroads, where as Executive Director, the organization focused on building long-term relationships with disconnected unhoused youth. Additionally, Rob has held several leadership roles including Chair of the DCYF Oversight and Advisory Committee and the Citizen's Advisory Committee for the Central Market & Tenderloin Area. Rob possesses an academic background with a BA in History from Stanford University and completed the Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders at Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
