Ray Schmidt

As Executive Vice President and Chief Program Officer of Echoing Hills, Ray works with Regional Directors to ensure they have everything they need to meet the needs of each individual and family we serve. Ray brings years of experience from other organizations such as Fairfield County Board of DD, Kiba Technologies, One Write Company, and Cyril-Scott Company. He also invented the Cyrano Communicator – one of the first hand-held communication devices for people who have difficulty speaking.
