Troy Batterberry has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Troy is the current CEO and co-founder of EchoMark since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft for over two decades. At Microsoft, they held various leadership positions, including Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Teams Webinars and Events, Vice President of Microsoft Teams Meetings and Calling Product Management, Director of Program Management for Microsoft Teams Meetings and Calling, General Manager of Dynamics 365 for Commerce, and General Manager of Storefronts Division. Troy has also served as Director of Program and Product Management for Storefronts, Partner Group Program Manager for MSN.COM and the Bing apps, and Partner Group Program Manager for Bing Application Experiences (AppEx). Earlier in their career, Troy worked at Sony as a Systems Engineer and at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division as a Missile Systems Engineer.

Troy Batterberry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from North Dakota State University, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management at the University of Southern California from 1991 to 1994.
