Hisham Osman

Hisham Osman is an experienced operations analyst currently employed at Businessolver since June 2022 and also serves as an emergency medical technician at Echostage. Previously, Hisham held the position of benefits analyst at Serco, where responsibilities included benefits administration, customer service, and payment processing. Hisham began a career in sales consulting at JK Moving Services, followed by roles as a national account coordinator at Pulseworks and an associate at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, demonstrating abilities in customer service and organization. Hisham's earlier experiences include serving as a service desk agent at Pohanka Acura, data entry temp and accounting intern at Orbital ATK, showcasing a strong foundation in administrative support. Hisham holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, and completed studies at Northern Virginia Community College.
