Clay Gass

Clay Gass is a Regional Manager at EchoStar Corporation, overseeing offshore vendor operations since 2023. Previously, Clay held various roles at EchoStar Corporation, including General Manager of the National Sales & Retention Center from 2015 to 2024, where they managed customer acquisition and operational processes. Clay's extensive background includes serving as a Shift Lieutenant at Henderson County Jail and a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force, where they worked on F-15 propulsion engines. Clay earned an associate degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University-Global Campus.
