Joe Hoellerer

Joe Hoellerer is a seasoned professional in government affairs, currently serving as Senior Manager at EchoStar Corporation since June 2025. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Director of Government Affairs at the Information Technology Industry Council from April 2022 to June 2025, where leadership included managing congressional affairs on legislation related to artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Joe's experience also encompasses significant roles at the Security Industry Association as Senior Manager of Government Relations, focusing on legislative strategies for the security industry, and as Manager of Government Relations at Associated Builders and Contractors, dealing with various policy issues and international outreach. Additional experience includes a Field Director role at the Republican National Committee and internship positions within the U.S. House of Representatives.
