Nick Smolnisky

Nick Smolnisky is currently the Head of Operations at EchoStar Corporation, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as the Senior Business Operations Manager for CX Transformation at DISH Network, where they focused on enhancing customer experiences and achieving business goals. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Operations Manager at Dish Network, managing a large team of customer service agents. Nick's career began at Target as an Executive Team Leader in Logistics. They hold an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of South Dakota and a B.A. in Mathematics, Engineering Physics, and Biology from Augustana University.
