Julia Yamamoto

Julia Yamamoto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Member and Vice President of Customer Experience at EchoVision, LLC since July 2013, Julia previously held the role of Operations Manager for the Executive Briefing Center at Symantec from June 2009 to July 2013. Earlier in their career, Julia was the Senior Manager for Tradeshows and Events at Silicon Graphics, Inc. from July 2006 to February 2009 and served as the Senior Manager of the Customer Briefing Center at SGI from July 1996 to April 2006. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
