Ravi Ramakrishnan

Ravi Ramakrishnan is an accomplished professional in implementation and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Implementation for Professional Services at ECI Software Solutions since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ravi held the position of Head of Professional Services, Support & Customer Success at Cube from January 2023 to January 2024, and was the Senior Director of Global Professional Services at Tray.ai from June 2020 to January 2023. Ravi's experience includes a significant tenure at NetSuite as the Global Director of Technical Services in Customer Success from January 2013 to January 2020. Additionally, Ravi worked with notable organizations such as HP, Accenture, and NASA in various progressive roles from Consultant to Solution Architect to Manager from January 2004 to January 2013. Ravi holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace & Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech and has completed the altMBA program.
