Sarah Hagan

Sarah joined ECI as CFO in 2018 and was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 2021. In this role, she oversees all of ECI’s business units. She continues to build on the strong relationship and collaboration between the business and finance departments that she fostered as ECI’s Chief Financial Officer.

Sarah had most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Omnitracs in Dallas, Texas, a software provider to the transportation and logistics vehicle sector. Before Omnitracs, Sarah worked for Sabre Corporation as an accounting manager, controller, Director of Corporate Finance and Vice President of Finance—Airline Solutions. She began her career working as an auditor in public accounting.

Sarah is a CPA. She received a Bachelor’s of Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Her passion is travel and she has visited more than 20 countries. Sarah and her husband, Mike, a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, have a daughter, Kayla, and son, Cameron. A rescue dog named Coco completes their family.
